United Airlines is expanding its presence in Denver with eight new routes, including a first-ever Denver to Rome flight. Below is a full list of the new routes from Denver, including frequency:
- Buffalo, New York (Daily, year-round, starting May 22, 2025)
- North Bend, Oregon (Daily, seasonal, from May 22 to October 25, 2025)
- Pensacola, Florida (Daily, seasonal, from May 22 to August 18, 2025)
- Peoria, Illinois (Daily, year-round, starting March 30, 2025)
- Rome, Italy (Three times weekly, starting May 23, 2025)
- Redding, California (Daily, year-round, starting May 22, 2025)
- Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada (Daily, year-round, starting May 15, 2025)
- Wilmington, North Carolina (Saturdays only, seasonal, from May 24 to August 16, 2025)
I think United has done a great job with adding desirable international flights over the last few years, and direct service from Denver to Rome is no exception. My hope is that demand is enough that the flight becomes daily and is a permanent route.
